Who we are. Sugar Dagger is run by Mochi Studio, P.O. Box 51, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. Contact us at hello@sugardagger.com.
What you're buying. One party: the right to host one game of Sugar Dagger · The Crown of Stolen Suns for 4–8 players, plus any spectators, on our website. The game runs in a web browser. There's nothing to download and no subscription.
Price. US$29 per party, paid once through PayPal, including any tax we're required to collect. Your bank or PayPal may convert it to your currency and may charge its own fees.
Who can buy. You must be 18 or older to buy. Players should be 13 or older. Players under 18 should have a parent's or guardian's permission.
When you get it. Your party is available as soon as your payment is confirmed. We email you the link. If PayPal holds your payment for review, your party appears once PayPal confirms it.
Using your party.
- You may play it at home or at a private event, with friends, family or colleagues.
- Please don't charge people to attend, resell parties or use the game in a commercial venue without asking us first.
- Streaming or posting your party is fine. Please put a spoiler warning before the solution.
- The story, characters, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy or redistribute them.
Fair play. Don't use offensive nicknames, attack or overload the service, or try to get around payment. We may end a party that does, and we won't refund it.
If something goes wrong. We work hard to keep the game running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. If a problem on our side stops your game, see the Refund policy: we'll put it right.
Updates. We may fix typos, clues, balance or bugs in the game. A party keeps the version it was bought with, unless an update fixes something that stops it from working.
Our responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer laws of the country where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and similar laws in Canada, New Zealand and the US. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for a party is limited to the price you paid for it.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you're a consumer, you can still rely on the laws and courts of the country where you live.
Changes. If we change these terms, the version that applied when you bought your party still covers that party.
